Where Do We Ship To?

We can ship to virtually any address in the Continental US. Note that there are restrictions on some products.

For second day or overnight rates, just email us once you've received your order confirmation email. At this time, we are not shipping outside of the Continental US.

Because we ship via UPS, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Our Return Policy:

Most items purchased online are returnable for a refund within 14 days of purchase for a refund or within 30 days for a store credit. Click Here to see our complete return policy.

Signature Confirmation: 

We require signature confirmation for any orders over $500.

If you would like to have signature confirmation for these orders waived, please let us know once we contact you via e-mail to confirm your shipping days. If you waive the signature confirmation, you assume all responsibility if your shipment is lost or stolen.

When Will My Order Ship To Me?

Because we ship via UPS, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box

Most customers will see their in-stock items in approximately 4-8 business days. We ship all orders promptly. However, occasionally items are not in stock due to manufacturers' delay. You will be notified of any delay.

On custom or special orders, please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for delivery or see delivery times, where indicated, with specific custom items.
