We know how busy life is, and we know it’s hard to find the time to get everything done. But being properly fitted for your helmet is one of the most important things you can do as a rider!

While there are differently shaped helmets to properly fit differently shaped heads, there's no such thing as a helmet that "almost" fits. And there's no growing room in a helmet, either. While some brands come with a dial for size adjustment, and others come with different liners for size adjustment, if the helmet does not fit perfectly, we won’t sell it.

In addition to making sure your helmet fits, we explain how helmets are designed for a one-time impact. The special foam in the helmet is made to crush in the impact (think of bubble wrap) but most likely you won't see the damage to it after a fall, since it occurs inside the helmet.

But just like wrapping a fragile item in bubble wrap that has been popped, the helmet is not going to provide enough protection in a second fall.
